Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Provide leadership and support to the care team, fostering a positive working environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care, resident satisfaction, and staff engagement.
• Manage budgets, resources, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners.

• Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification and active NMC registration are essential.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within a nursing home setting is required.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
