Advinia Health Care is one of the UK’s largest private care providers and has undergone significant transformation in recent years. As part of that journey, they needed to build a strong and effective senior leadership team, while also ensuring consistent, high-quality talent across their care home management teams.
The social care talent market is highly competitive. The talent pool is limited, especially when it comes to top-tier candidates with the right blend of experience and cultural fit.
