With over 8 years of experience in the field, Will is no stranger to the recruitment industry; he began his career as a consultant, before working his way up to a management role, where he successfully led a team of his own. As part of Will’s new role, one of his key responsibilities will be increasing Gilbert Meher’s market presence with local authorities. Will has extensive experience with client outreach in both the public and private sector, so we are confident that with his and Isaac’s leadership, our Interim division will reach new heights.
When asked how he feels joining Gilbert Meher, Will said: “I am delighted to be joining Gilbert Meher as Head of Client Development for the Interim division. I'm excited to be part of this journey and contribute to growing an already excellent division, further expanding our client portfolio and building a strong team of consultants around me.”
Will shared his motivation for joining Gilbert Meher; “Since meeting Jonny on day one, I was impressed by the clear vision and ambition to grow a market leading Interim Division here at Gilbert Meher, which I instantly bought into. GM is an organisation that I have crossed paths with on a few occasions in my career, and have only ever heard positive things about from clients and candidates, which is testament to the strong brand reputation we have in the marketplace.
