Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Home Manager on behalf of our client, a well-respected care home in the picturesque town of Stratford-upon-Avon. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £70,000 per annum and the opportunity to lead a committed team in delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service.
• Leading, managing, and motivating a team of care staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the care home.

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Home Manager.
• Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification preferred.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within a care home setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
