Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, DOE, plus competitive bonus and pension contribution

About the Role:

• As the Care Home Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations and be the driving force behind a committed team, ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centred care. Your responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining high-quality standards, supporting staff, and fostering a positive and safe environment for residents and team members.
• Managing the home’s performance, compliance, and budgets effectively.
• Collaborating with local authorities, health professionals, and families to meet and exceed care expectations.

 
What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience managing in an adult social care setting, ideally within residential or nursing care
• Strong leadership abilities, with a compassionate and solution-focused approach
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience in compliance management
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills
