Commissioning Home Manager Opportunity at Pottersway House

We are seeking an exceptional candidate for the role of Commissioning Home Manager at Pottersway House, a new and prestigious 60-bedded facility operated by the Care Concern Group.

Role: Commissioning Home Manager
Location: Alsager
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum (Relocation package available)
Additional Benefits: £6,000 commissioning bonus and up to a 40% performance bonus. (£125,000 OTE)
 
Pottersway House is a 60-bed luxury care home based in Church Lawton near the town of Alsager. The offers a range of care personalised care options including Residential care, Dementia Care, Nursing Care and Respite care.

CCG was founded in 1991, it is a family-run business consisting of more than 80 care homes and over 6,000 employees, their success has come the from acquisitions of struggling homes and investing into them leading to an impressive portfolio.
They are focused on growth and quality, the company actively invests in its existing care homes while expanding into new developments, supported by investors and partners.
They are aiming to reach 100 care homes by the end of 2024 and are on average opening one care home per month.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the commissioning and opening a brand new luxury nursing home
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
  • Lead, manage, and inspire a team of dedicated professionals
  • Ensure profit and loss is in line with the budget set
  • Implement innovative care strategies to enhance resident wellbeing
  • Drive occupancy levels from scratch
  • Promoting marketing to boost the reputation of the home
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in managing a nursing home or similar healthcare setting
  • Previous luxury care experience.
  • Previous commissioning experience is preferable but not essential.
  • Has exceptional knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Previous experience increasing private paying occupants.
