Key Requirements
- Proven Home Management experience within the residential care sector.
- Previous involvement in a CQC inspection with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory standards.
- Experience managing a 40+ bedded home with a track record of positive outcomes.
- Desirable but not essential: Experience in commissioning a new home.
