Salary: £46,238 per annum

Location: Cheadle, Staffordshire

Schedule: Full-time, alternate weekends off

About the Role

As the Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Home Manager to ensure the home runs smoothly and residents receive the highest standard of care. You will lead by example, inspiring and mentoring the team, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the overall management of the home.
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to the care team.
  • Ensure high standards of care are consistently delivered.
  • Oversee compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Support and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • RGN Qualification (Essential) – Current NMC registration.
  • Proven experience in a senior role within a care setting, ideally as a Deputy Manager or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional care and making a difference.
