Job Title: Director of Operations – South
Location: Head Office, with regular travel within your portfolio
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary: £120,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance

As Director of Operations, you'll be the strategic and operational force behind multiple care homes, ensuring each home meets high standards for quality, safety, and profitability. This role goes beyond management—you’ll be a mentor to Senior Teams and Home Managers, shaping their growth and fostering a culture of excellence across our homes. Your focus on compliance, quality, and service delivery will be vital in setting the bar for exceptional care and resident well-being.

  • Lead and Support: Drive the success of the Senior Management Team and Home Managers, providing clear guidance and mentorship to achieve performance goals and enhance care practices.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee internal audits, compliance checks, and monthly support visits, ensuring our homes meet high standards.
  • Strategic Development: Work with the Managing Director and Board to shape the company’s future, influencing policy and care model advancements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop strong connections with local authorities and community partners, boosting visibility and expanding our reach.
  • Financial Oversight: Guide Home Managers in budget management, focusing on revenue growth and responsible staffing costs.
