Role: Regional Clinical Manager
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000
 
We are currently supporting a well-established care provider in their search for a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to oversee multiple care home locations. This is a key leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in care management and compliance.
 
The Role:
This position involves leading and managing multiple services to ensure exceptional standards of care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving quality, performance, and overall business success within their designated region.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight across multiple home care locations.
• Ensure the delivery of outstanding care in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet operational and financial objectives.
• Monitor service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
• Support and mentor location managers and staff to drive high-quality care and best practices.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to maintain consistency and excellence across the organisation.

 
Candidate Profile:

• Proven leadership and management experience in the home care or healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritise, delegate, and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience in medication administration.

 
Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year in a Registered Care role.
• Active NMC Pin.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
