Regional Manager / Responsible Individual

Nursing Home Provider

Location: South Wales (Covering 5-8 Homes)
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Benefits

A growing nursing home provider is seeking an experienced Regional Manager / Responsible Individual to oversee a portfolio of 5-8 homes in South Wales. This role requires a strong, collaborative leader with a commitment to high-quality care and regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure high standards across all homes.
• Ensure full compliance with CIW regulations and industry best practices.
• Lead, support, and develop a team of Home Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Drive operational efficiency while maintaining a person-centred approach to care.
• Confidently challenge and be open to challenge to drive high performance.
• Work closely with the senior leadership team to support the company’s ongoing growth and development.

Requirements:

• Experience within the nursing home sector (essential).
• Prior experience in a multi-site operational role (desirable).
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance, and governance.
• A hands-on, lead-by-example approach with excellent communication and people management skills.
• The ability to influence, challenge, and support teams to achieve outstanding results.
