About the Role The successful candidate will play a key role in the strategic leadership of the school, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and student support. Responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to the school’s ongoing development and expansion.
• Leading and enhancing teaching and learning strategies for students with diverse SEN needs.
• Supporting and developing staff to maintain excellence in education and pastoral care.
