Children’s Home Manager – West Yorkshire

Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE
Location: West Yorkshire
Newly Opened Solo Placement Homes

Are you an experienced Children’s Home Manager or a Deputy Manager ready to step up? We have exciting opportunities to lead newly opened solo-placement homes across West Yorkshire, providing high-quality care for children with complex needs.

As a Children’s Home Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage a solo-placement home, ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Support children with Autism, ADHD, ODD, mental health challenges, trauma, self-injury, and challenging behaviours.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and deliver outstanding outcomes for young people.

• Level 3 NVQ in Children & Young People (Essential)
• Level 5 Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards)
• Experience working with children with complex needs
• Deputy Managers encouraged to apply – must have at least 2 years’ experience in a Deputy role
