Clinical Lead – Cheadle
Location: Cheadle
Salary: Up to £47,500 per annum
Working Hours: Alternate weekends, mainly supernumerary with flexibility to cover sickness
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead to join a well-established care home in Cheadle. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing clinical practices within the home, ensuring residents receive the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the clinical team to ensure excellent care delivery.
• Overseeing care planning and conducting assessments in line with regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring and evaluating care practices, implementing necessary improvements.
• Providing hands-on support when required, including covering sickness and absence.
• Collaborating with the Home Manager to mentor and support staff development.
• Acting as a role model to promote best practices in nursing and clinical care.
