Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care delivery to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the clinical team.
  • Act as a liaison between frontline staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.

Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration or equivalent healthcare professional qualification.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of evidence-based practice.
  • Commitment to delivering patient-centred care and improving outcomes.
