Are you ready to make a real difference and lead with care and compassion? We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our lively, friendly care home team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role, ensuring the highest standards of care for our treasured residents.

As Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and leadership of our nursing team, working closely with the Home Manager and Deputy Manager. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing recruitment, training, and supervision of nursing staff.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including CQC requirements.
• Developing and maintaining up-to-date care plans for residents.
• Monitoring infection control measures and health & safety practices.
• Attending management meetings to discuss team performance and resident care.
• Overseeing nurse rota management and ensuring the best quality of care for our residents.

• Valid UK NMC Pin
• Leadership experience in a nursing or care setting
• Commitment to high-quality care and compliance with CQC standards
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of residents and staff
