I’m working in close collaboration with a respected provider of specialist education to recruit a forward-thinking Headteacher to lead a multi-site SEMH provision based in Stockport.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious leader with a passion for inclusive education to make a tangible difference across multiple school settings. Supporting children and young people with complex social, emotional and mental health needs, each site offers a bespoke, therapeutic learning environment built on positive relationships, structure, and care.
The Role:
As Headteacher, you’ll oversee the strategic direction, quality of education, and operational delivery across more than one setting. Your leadership will ensure consistency, drive improvement, and maintain the highest standards of safeguarding and wellbeing across the sites. You’ll work closely with a committed senior leadership team, as well as central support from the provider’s experienced education, clinical, and operational teams.
