Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Home Manager with a passion for driving improvements and turning around underperforming care homes? We are seeking a dynamic Home Manager to lead a care home in Birmingham, with a focus on enhancing quality standards and improving CQC ratings.
About the RoleAs the Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the care home, leading efforts to improve the home's performance and deliver outstanding care. This is a hands-on role where your expertise in turnaround projects will be essential to achieving positive outcomes for residents and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with CQC standards.
- Lead turnaround initiatives to improve service quality and elevate CQC ratings.
- Develop and mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee budgets and resources, ensuring financial stability and efficient operations.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders to promote a positive reputation.
