Job Title: Registered Home Manager
Location: Alloa
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected care provider for a Registered Home Manager at a spacious, purpose-built care home providing elderly care and specialist services for residents living with dementia. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of high-quality care in a warm, supportive environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the care home, ensuring services meet the highest standards and placing residents at the centre of the care philosophy.
  • Ensure the home provides a safe, stimulating environment where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and encouraged to fulfil their potential, in line with National Care Standards.
  • Drive business performance, focusing on quality of care and financial sustainability.
  • Provide support and professional supervision to both care and nursing staff, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
  • Uphold the organisation's values, aims, and objectives while ensuring compliance with both internal and external regulatory requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders, demonstrating empathy and effective leadership.
 
About You:
  • Proven management experience at a similar level in a medium to large care home setting.
  • NMC registration is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong experience in delivering elderly and dementia care.
  • Track record of meeting key performance indicators, including positive resident outcomes, compliance with regulatory bodies, leadership, and financial management.
  • Skilled in training and supervising staff, ensuring confidentiality in all aspects of care and management.
