Role: Registered Care Home Manager – Complex Care Nursing Home
Location: Leicester
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum
NMC Registered Nurse Qualification Required

We’re looking for an experienced Home Manager to take the reins of a complex care service in Leicester, offering specialist care in complex mental health, neuro rehab, and complex nursing needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinically skilled, forward-thinking leader to drive positive change and take the home to the next level.
About the Role:
- Lead and inspire your own dedicated team in a newly commissioned service
- Build on strong internal improvements and work towards achieving a “Good” CQC rating (previously rated RI)
- Develop and grow the home’s occupancy, reputation, and community presence
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a specialist environment
We’re Looking For:- A Registered Nurse (NMC PIN required)
- Proven track record in CQC inspections – ideally with a “Good” rating under your leadership
- Solid longevity and leadership experience in the care sector
- A positive, high-energy approach – this is a turnaround opportunity that needs a hands-on and passionate manager
- Experience or interest in neurorehabilitation and complex care settings
