Role: Home Manager
Location: Lincoln
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE + Bonus
 
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Home Manager to lead a well-established, settled 30-bed care home. This home has no agency usage and maintains 95% occupancy, ensuring a stable and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
 
The current manager has relocated to another service, and the Regional Manager is temporarily overseeing the home. We’re looking for someone to step in and continue the excellent work being done here, with the support of a local Regional Manager who is dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition and long-term success.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A few years of experience as a Deputy Manager or similar leadership role in a care home.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support a dedicated team.
  • A passion for delivering person-centred care and maintaining high standards of service.
  • Experience working to Care Inspectorate standards, with a track record of ensuring compliance.
  • Ability to drive occupancy, maintain financial sustainability, and ensure the welfare of residents and staff.
