We're currently recruiting for an Interim Children's Home Manager to be based in Lancashire.
We're looking for a passionate, experienced professional ready to make difference in the lives of children and young people.
Key responsibilities:
-Lead a dedicated team and manage day-to-day operations of a children’s EBD home.
-Drive exceptional standards of care, safeguarding, and support for vulnerable children.
-Work with staff, families, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
-Make an immediate impact during a transition period and contribute to the home’s continued success.
What We’re Looking For:
-Strong leadership experience in children’s residential care.
-A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
-Proven ability to manage teams, navigate challenges, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Initial contract is for 6 months
