Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical Bias) – Food Manufacturing
📍 Location: Leeds
💰 Salary: £48,000 + Great Benefits Package
🕒 Shifts: Monday to Friday, Rotating 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm
Are you a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday role in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment?
We’re working with a leading food manufacturer in Leeds seeking an experienced engineer with either an electrical or mechanical bias to join their high-performing maintenance team.
🔧 The Role:

• Preventative & reactive maintenance on production and packaging machinery
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical & mechanical faults
• Supporting continuous improvement and efficiency projects
• Working within a team to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations

⚡ What We're Looking For:

• Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with either an electrical or mechanical bias
• Experience in FMCG / Food / Manufacturing environments preferred
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC/HND)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
