Job Description:

Role: Regional Director 
Location: South West, West Mids & Home Counties
Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 per annum

We are seeking a compassionate, driven, and strategic Regional Director to lead and develop our homes across the South West & Home Counties. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for operational excellence, business growth, and delivering outstanding care across your region.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand local markets, build relationships, and develop strategic marketing plans.
• Improve private pay mix, optimise staffing, control expenditure, and boost operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular visits and audits, ensuring high-quality care is consistently delivered.
• Support General Managers and Regional Support Managers in achieving outstanding performance.
• Contribute to the development and execution of Avery’s Quality & Operational Strategy.

• 2+ years' experience in regional/operational management
• Proven experience leading multiple sites
