We are seeking a dynamic, nurse-qualified Registered Home Manager with a proven track record in turnaround projects to improve our Care Inspectorate grades and lead the home to excellence.
 
Job Description:
As the Registered Home Manager, you will take on a vital leadership role, overseeing the operational and clinical performance of the home. Your focus will be on enhancing care standards, driving improvements, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive improvements in care standards and inspection outcomes.
• Lead and mentor staff to create a positive, high-performing team culture.
• Ensure full adherence to Care Inspectorate regulations and achieve outstanding inspection results.
• Champion excellence in care delivery, ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents.
• Manage budgets effectively to ensure the home’s financial sustainability.

• Nurse-qualified with an active NMC PIN.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Home Manager with a proven track record of achieving and maintaining strong Care Inspectorate grades.
• Demonstrated success in turnaround projects and care standard improvements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards and compliance requirements.
