Location: Responsible for homes across Essex, Leicestershire, and Birmingham
Hours per Week: 40
Salary: £80,000 + £5,000 car allowance
About the Role:
A confidential care provider is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Director to oversee a portfolio of luxury care homes in the Essex and Midlands regions. This is a pivotal role requiring a leader who can inspire, support, and guide home managers to maintain the highest standards of care, achieve compliance with regulatory bodies, and deliver exceptional resident experiences.
