Location: Across the South East
Salary: £90k per annum w/ car allowance & bonus

Job Overview:

As a Peripatetic General Manager, you will provide leadership and management across their portfolio, stepping in where needed to manage homes temporarily, ensuring high standards of care and operations. This flexible, dynamic role involves overseeing departments, driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting new General Managers.

• Ensure high-quality care, activities, and services
• Engage with residents, families, and staff
• Meet regulatory and internal audit standards
• Drive occupancy and revenue
• Manage operational and staffing budgets
• Mentor and support General Managers
• Lead with company values, providing clear communication and leadership

• 3 + years HM experience
• Strong leadership and management experience
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care
• Commercial acumen and financial management
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt, mentor others, and manage multiple priorities
