Location: Birmingham and surrounding areas

Salary: Up to £82,500 per annum
Are you a driven and experienced care professional with a strong background in turnaround projects? We are seeking a Regional Manager to oversee 10 care homes in the Birmingham area, taking a hands-on approach to improving quality standards and driving operational success.
The RoleAs the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a group of 10 care homes, with a key focus on turnaround projects and raising CQC ratings. Your expertise in managing underperforming sites and driving improvements will be crucial in ensuring the homes consistently deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to Home Managers, ensuring high standards of care across all 10 homes.
  • Lead turnaround initiatives to improve CQC ratings, compliance, and service quality.
  • Monitor and enhance the financial performance of each home, focusing on budgeting and cost management.
  • Mentor Home Managers, promoting best practices and ensuring effective staff development.
  • Regularly visit each home to offer hands-on support and assess operational progress.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Extensive experience as a Regional Manager, Area Manager, or overseeing multiple care homes, with a focus on turnaround projects.
  • A track record of successfully improving CQC ratings and driving operational improvements.
  • Strong leadership skills to support and motivate Home Managers and their teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards, care regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Flexibility to travel within the Birmingham area and surrounding regions.
