Job Title: Regional Operations Lead
Location: North Yorkshire, Knaresborough based
Salary: £50,000 per annum

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic-minded leader to join a progressive and innovative organisation as a Regional Operations Lead. This role is integral to the continued success and growth of services across Yorkshire. You'll be part of a forward-thinking team, delivering excellence and championing a plan that puts people and communities at the heart of everything we do.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the organisation's overall strategic direction, ensuring compliance, supporting growth, and expanding our footprint in Yorkshire.
• Hold registered manager status for two residential services, overseeing the daily operations and leadership of staff teams through your direct reports.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver high-quality and evolving services that exceed regulatory and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulators, commissioners, and external partners.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire home managers to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence within the portfolio of services.

• A proven leader with experience in operations management within the healthcare or social care sector.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and a track record of maintaining compliance and achieving high standards.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive performance and quality.
• Experience in managing budgets and financial targets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Registered Manager experience is essential, as is the ability to travel regionally.
