Job Title: Regional Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Scotland & North East England
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
Benefits: £5,000 car allowance + up to 20% bonus + excellent benefits
Are you passionate about maintaining and improving care standards? We are looking for an experienced and driven Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in a regional role, supporting a portfolio of care homes across Scotland and the North East of England.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the quality assurance agenda across multiple homes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Work closely with home managers to implement best practices, drive continuous improvement, and enhance service delivery.
• Conduct audits, monitor quality metrics, and provide actionable feedback to ensure outstanding care outcomes.
• Support homes in achieving high ratings from the Care Inspectorate and CQC.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute quality improvement plans and strategies.

• Proven experience in quality assurance within the healthcare or care home sector.
• Strong knowledge of Care Inspectorate, CQC, and local authority requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence positive change.
• Ability to travel regionally and work flexibly across different locations.
• Clinical background (preferred but not essential).

• Competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000
