Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the nursing home, ensuring compliance with all CQC standards and regulations
  • Inspire and support the care team to deliver exceptional, person-centered care
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff to build a high-performing team
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure the home operates efficiently
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a care or nursing home setting
  • Valid nursing qualification (RGN ideal but not essential) and an active NMC PIN (desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
