Role Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans and clinical needs.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs, symptoms, and changes in residents' conditions.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review care plans, ensuring holistic and effective care delivery.
• Providing emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families, fostering trusting relationships.

• Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated clinical competence and proficiency in nursing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Previous experience in a nursing home setting is desirable but not essential.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and contract hours as required.
