Job Description:
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct nursing care to residents, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care.
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice and adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Previous experience working in a nursing home or similar care setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
