Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their individual needs are met.
• Administer medication and treatments in line with NMC guidelines.
• Monitor and assess residents’ health, updating care plans accordingly.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid NMC PIN (Active Registration).
• Previous experience in a care home or similar setting is desirable but not essential.
• A strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practices in nursing care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
