Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, person-centered nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and oversee care plans effectively.
• Monitor and document changes in residents' health and respond appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.
• Offer guidance and leadership to the care team.

• A valid Nursing PIN is mandatory.
• Must be registered with the NMC as an RN or RMN.
• Demonstrated commitment to high standards of care delivery.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
