With a growing portfolio of premium locations, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to help build occupancy and revenue at our high-end care home in York.
Role:
Reporting into the Head of Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving occupancy and revenue growth through the acquisition of new residents for day care, residential care, and respite care. This position is ideal for someone with a background in luxury real estate, high-end hospitality, or premium membership services, who can act as a brand ambassador and primary point of contact for prospective residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the upkeep and presentation of show suites in the home.
- Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to move-in, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Build strong relationships with prospective residents and their families, offering a highly consultative approach.
- Work with local businesses to arrange networking events and strengthen community engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive awareness and promote the home and its events.
- Spend time in the home working closely with the membership and resident activity teams.
- Drive lead generation and manage the ongoing sales pipeline.
- Support other care homes within the group as required.
Requirements:- Proven experience in luxury property sales, high-end customer service, or premium memberships.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with an acute eye for detail.
- A proactive, dynamic, and collaborative approach, with a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Strong adaptability and the ability to manage shifting priorities and timelines.
- Background in hospitality, senior living, or private healthcare sales is advantageous.
- Willingness to work beyond standard office hours, including some evenings and weekends for networking and events.
- Demonstrable track record of month-on-month occupancy growth.
Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales leadership role.
- Knowledge of the high-net-worth market and an understanding of the luxury care sector is a plus.
