SEN Teacher - Small SEND School based in Norfolk

Location: Kings Lynn
Salary: £28,000 - £43,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable, specialist independent school offering therapeutic, trauma-informed education to pupils with SEND. Following recent expansion, the school are seeking a passionate and commited SEN teacher to join their dedicated team.

About the Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons to small groups and individual students
  • Develop personalised learning materials and maintain accurate records
  • Foster confidence, independence and a love for learning among pupils
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and liaise with parents and carers on student progress
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure each student receives tailored educational support
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a SEND environment or equivalent specialist provision
  • QTS/QTLS is advantageous but not essential for the right candidate
  • A nurturing, resilient approach with excellent communication and behaviour management skills
