Job Description:

We are delighted to be working closely a niche luxury new provider looking to conquer London. I’m looking to appoint a Clinical Lead for their brand new luxury nursing home in Bromley.

Our client is looking for qualified candidates who will be an asset to their nursing team and promote an atmosphere which enables residents to live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities

As Clinical Lead you will be responsible for:

  • The day-to-day operational management of the care and nursing team within your unit, ensuring all regulations, policies and procedures are adhered to, and the team is up to date with the latest clinical developments through regular coaching and training as well as using your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions
  • Ensuring along with your team that our residents’ medical, physical, social, and emotional needs are met
  • Leading, motivating and mentoring your team to ensure that strong relationships are developed with our residents
  • You will ensure residents are involved in any decisions about their care to promote an exceptional quality of life in a nurturing and beautiful environment
  • Delivering the highest standards of person-centred care whilst preserving their dignity, respect, and wellbeing
  • Providing clinical guidance to the care team and being instrumental in delivering all CQC duties
  • Creating a nurturing environment where our residents and their family members feel loved, happy, safe, and secure
  • Acting as a brand ambassador who demonstrates and leads the values

Experience Required

  • A Registered Nurse (RMN or RGN) with a valid and active PIN
  • Experience in working as RMN/RGN with minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within care
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the professional standards that registered nurses must uphold through The NMC Code and other regulations and legislation within the care profession
  • Experience in managing clinical KPI’s and a proven track record acting in line with The Code
  • Experience in dementia palliative care training working with multidisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes for our residents
  • Previous experience in GSF is desirable
  • Extensive knowledge, use and implementation of clinical assessment tools, alongside a good understanding of care planning processes and writing care plans
  • Experience of administering and managing medication and using medical equipment
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members and inspire professionalism
  • Patient with the ability to deal with difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to anticipate problems before they arise
  • Ability to resolve complaints and investigate and manage incidents effectively and efficiently
  • You will be a compassionate, empathetic, kind, and caring individual
