Registered Manager – Medium Nursing Home

The home maintains high occupancy levels, minimal agency reliance, and a strong private fee-paying client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continued success of the service, driving standards of care, and leading a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and operational management, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
- Maintain excellent occupancy levels and effectively manage private fee structures.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff to uphold a high-quality service.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance with CQC and other relevant bodies.
- Implement best practices to maintain low agency usage and a stable workforce.
- Drive continuous improvement, financial performance, and resident satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:- Experience in a Registered Manager role within a nursing home or similar setting.
- A valid NMC registration (RGN preferred but not essential).
- Strong leadership, operational, and business management skills.
- Experience working with private fee-paying residents and managing financial aspects of care provision.
- A proven track record of CQC compliance and quality improvement.
