£55,000 - £60,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Learning & Development professional with a passion for driving positive change? We’re working with a leading, purpose-driven organisation in the health and social care sector that is looking for a strategic and inspirational Head of Learning & Development to lead its national L&D function.

What You’ll Be Doing:- Leading the design, delivery and evaluation of the organisation’s Learning & Development strategy
- Managing and developing a team of L&D professionals to deliver high-quality services
- Supporting the delivery of vocational training to meet SSSC regulatory requirements
- Ensuring the highest quality of L&D provision across the organisation
- Managing resources effectively, including finance and administration functions
- Promoting clear and effective communication across internal teams and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:- Proven experience in strategic L&D leadership
- A strong background in managing teams and delivering results
- Change management experience and the ability to influence at a senior level
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards relevant to health & social care
- A genuine commitment to people development and the wider social impact of your work
