Headteacher Opportunity – Lead a Brand-New Specialist School in Lincolnshire!

Are you a passionate and visionary leader ready to take on your next exciting challenge?

We are looking for an exceptional Headteacher to launch and shape a brand-new specialist school, opening its doors in the New Year. This is a unique opportunity to build a thriving educational community from the ground up, supporting up to 80 young people (ages 8-13) with Autism Spectrum Condition.

As the Headteacher of this pioneering school, you’ll have the chance to:

  • Establish a learning environment that empowers students and changes lives.
  • Shape the school's culture, values, and curriculum from day one.
  • Lead with vision and innovation, guiding the school through its foundational stages and setting the standard for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and drive the school’s vision, ethos, and values.
  • Design a cutting-edge curriculum that caters to diverse learners.
  • Build and develop a talented team, fostering a collaborative culture with high expectations.
  • Ensure top-tier standards of safety, safeguarding, and student wellbeing.
  • Forge strong partnerships with the Local Authority, external agencies, parents, and the wider community.
  • Manage the school’s financial resources to ensure sustainability.
  • Lead the school through Ofsted inspections, aiming to exceed all regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven leadership experience within the education sector.
  • A background in specialist provisions or school setups is a plus, but not essential – we value passion and potential!
