Headteacher (ASC, SEMH Provision) - Nottinghamshire

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for ensuring all students with complex needs experience an engaging and inclusive education?

We are looking for an experienced Headteacher at a well-respected day and residential school, rated Good by Ofsted for both Care  and Education. The school supports young people aged 9–17 with autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, attachment issues, and trauma, delivering specialised, high-quality education and care.

Key Details:

• Role Type: Full-time, Permanent 
• Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum
• Setting: Day and Residential (38- and 52-week placements)
• Capacity: Approximately 50 students
• Age Range: 9 - 17 years, specializing in SEMH support for ages 9–12 in particular

• At least two years experience in Senior Leadership roles within Education
• We're looking for someone compassionate, forward-thinking and experienced in supporting students with complex needs.
