Role: Home Manager
Location: Hull
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000
 
Are you an experienced and driven Home Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a strong leader to take the helm of a 150-bed care home in Hull, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and operational excellence.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a large, multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.
• Drive quality and compliance, ensuring full adherence to CQC regulations and best practices.
• Oversee operational performance, including staffing, budgets, and occupancy growth.
• Foster a positive culture, supporting staff development and engagement.
• Work collaboratively with external stakeholders, families, and healthcare professionals.

• Proven experience managing a large residential or nursing home.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop large teams.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• A clinical background (RGN/RMN) is desirable but not essential.
• A commercial mindset, with experience in occupancy growth and financial management.
• Experience in managing a large care home/multi-site experience.
