Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
 
Are you a compassionate and experienced leader in the care sector, ready to take on a rewarding challenge? We are seeking a dedicated Home Manager to oversee a well-established care home in Leeds, providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership to the care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements and maintains high standards of care.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Quality Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and care outcomes.
 
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Significant experience in a managerial role within a residential or nursing care setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards.
  • A nursing qualification (RGN/RMN) is desirable but not essential.
