Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Interim Home Manager for 2-3 months.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home.
  • Focus on improving occupancy and quality of care.
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC.
  • Work effectively with staff and provide leadership during a period of turnaround.
  • Monitor and support care plans, providing a safe and nurturing environment for residents.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards with an excellent track record of achieving compliance.
  • Previous experience in leading and turning around care homes.
  • Ability to manage and motivate staff, even in challenging situations.
  • A proactive approach to improving occupancy and maintaining a high standard of care.
  • Available immediately.
