Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Interim Home Manager to take the lead at a well-established elderly care home in Worcestershire.

The initial contract is for 3 Months.


This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a home and continue to provide high-quality care for residents during an important transition period.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations.
  • Oversee care planning and support the delivery of tailored care for elderly residents, including those with dementia or other complex needs.
  • Manage and support a dedicated team of staff, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and delivering person-centered care.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
An active nursing pin is required
