Job Description:


We are currently have an exciting for an Interim Support Manager based in Nottingham!
 

The main duty of the role is to support the Home Manager to help embed radical cultural change around their values

  • The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple staff members and departments
  • Experience working in a similar role is essential 
  • Passionate about consistently providing a high quality of care
  • Be positive about embracing change and provide a high level of training and development
  • Create a positive environment for both staff and residents 
 

Minimum of 3 days a week required, on-site accomdation available
