Salary: £70,000 + Mileage
Location: Dumfries & Galloway

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support management teams across a portfolio of care homes
• Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety standards
• Drive occupancy, growth, and financial performance
• Foster a positive, inclusive management culture
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement proactive improvements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high-quality care

• Strong leadership experience in healthcare, including managing care and nursing teams
• Expertise in staff development, recruitment, and succession planning
• Ability to handle operational demands, including crisis management
• Knowledge of regulatory standards within the healthcare sector
