Registered Manager (Children’s Services)
West Yorkshire | £55-60K + Bonus | Full UK Driving Licence Required

We’re seeking a Children’s Registered Manager to lead operations at a highly regarded, ‘Outstanding’ rated Children’s Residential Home in West Yorkshire. With a competitive salary of £55-60K plus bonuses, this role offers the chance to create a nurturing environment where children and young people can thrive.

You'll be at the forefront of safeguarding efforts, mentoring staff, and ensuring the highest standards in child-centered care, all while collaborating with families, social workers, and other professionals. Your leadership will drive positive change and set the standard for care across the home.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of care staff to deliver exceptional, child-centred care in accordance with Ofsted regulations.
  • Operational lead for all safeguarding matters across the service.
  • Positive role model and mentor to the team of care staff – Providing therapeutic care and support for each child.
  • Contribute to overall improvements in the quality of care across the home – Leading performance reviews and appraisals, delivering training to staff and planning for developments within the home
  • Build positive relationships with families, social workers, education providers and other professionals.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a management or senior role within a similar setting.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services.
  • Significant experience supporting young people with EBD, SEMH and other complex needs.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
