Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our team and uphold our high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring a safe, effective, and caring environment. Lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Develop and implement personalised care plans that promote the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of residents. Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure holistic care.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Provide regular supervision, appraisals, and support to team members.
- Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring robust safeguarding policies and procedures are in place and adhered to.
- Manage budgets effectively, oversee resource allocation, and ensure the financial sustainability of the home.
Qualifications and Experience:A minimum of 2 years' experience managing a children's residential home, with a track record of achieving 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted outcomes.
Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding practices, and relevant legislation.
Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication abilities.
